What Up-Leveling in My Business Has Looked Like Lately

Let’s chat about up-leving in business and how it shows up in different ways throughout one’s journey.

So often we get caught up in the day-to-day, we get stuck in autopilot, and we miss the cues that our body, spirit, mind, people around us, even our audience is giving us. It’s hard to hear and see those cues because we are on autopilot...completely unavailable to receive these messages.

In my experience, those cues and callings signify that it’s time to level up. It’s time to step into our power, time to create the “thing”, time to say “no” to certain types of clients, time to charge more, time to do the things that we desire to do most. Those cues can often be mistaken as setbacks or failures or hardships if we don’t have the awareness and discernment to question and figure out what’s really going on.

Recently, I was able to pause and recognize that a Black Friday offer wasn’t in the cards for me this year. I was able to slow down, journal, and check in with myself. I took this pause as an opportunity to check in with my audience and ask them what they were needing and wanting from me. I’ve been amazed at their answers and it’s given me a lot of clarity.

Prior to this pause, I was feeling a lot of confusion in my business. I felt scattered and all over the place. I realized that this confusion was a signal for me! It’s the signal that it is time for me to up-level. I wish I knew this as a young entrepreneur, and I’m so excited that I get to share it with you so you can up-level with more clarity than I had.

Take some time to pause and ask yourself what is next for you and your business. Instead of working, working, working...pause...meditate, journal, breathe. This connection to yourself, this space, will spur you into your next up-level.
